Jim Greig is the Global Sales & Marketing Manager, Electronic Materials at LORD Corporation. He has more than three decades of experience in manufacturing in the military sector and sales and marketing experience encompassing country/territory, regional and Global management roles. In his current role at LORD, he is responsible for all Global sales and marketing activities relating to the electronic materials business of LORD. The business includes potting compounds, underfills, thick film pastes, SMT adhesives, thermal management materials, semiconductor packaging, wafer level and automotive electronic materials.
